TCE have qualified engineers to provide front line service and technical support for its products in the device characterisation/measurement field. This includes: RF, DC measurements and probe station commissioning, installation, and training of personnel on the use of probe stations as well as software (Velox & Nucleus). TCE offers full portfolio of value added services to accommodate our diverse customer base. These include Basic, Standard, Premier (Gold) service plans as well as customised service plans based on individual requirements. After the service visit, a technical report is issued to the customer on system performance and any further recommendation

  • PM (Preventative Maintenance): Planned periodic maintenance - including but not limited to - cleaning, stage planarization, lubrication, software update, system and thermal calibration check, parts replacement as needed and system performance review.
